    Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist

    We are working with a leading supported housing & assisted living organisation in south east London, who are in need of a Compliance & QA Specialist.

    responsible for auditing all homes, as required, as well as compliance and quality.

    responsible for driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all services, ensuring consistently high standards of operation and quality assurance.

    commercial acumen and drive best practice, while supporting approaches to achieve best outcomes.
    each accommodation is fully compliant with QAF performance standards and maintains its Level A accreditation.
    undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in business administration, operations management, or related field to compliance and quality assurance.
    experience of operations and compliance management in CQC or ideally QAF frameworks.
    in creating and writing policies, procedures and department handbooks.
    in organising and delivering training workshops in disciplines within the Health and Social Care sector and supported housing.
    understanding of, and experience in, running property maintenance and facilities management.
    in recruitment, induction and training of staff.
    of financial management.
    of safeguarding systems, policies and processes.
    experience in quality standards.
    skills, risk management, investigations, complaint handling and report writing.
    able to operate and perform against KPIs and analyse data to identify themes/trends and make recommendations for improvements.
