The Role
Brayleys Cars Ltd are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our new KIA dealership in Dunstable.

Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your customer service and administration skills to keep our service and parts departments running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Receiving in of goods
Invoicing and stock management
Periodic stock taking and stock cleansing
Maximize service & parts department profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
Maximizing customer awareness of all available workshop services
Carrying out off site parts deliveries to our customers
Occasionally assisting our service department driving team

Required Skills and Experience

Ideally you would have some experience in a Parts Advisor role in a franchised dealership, although we will consider individuals with other customer service and administration experience.

In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following:

Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Intermediate IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
A commitment to the Brayleys Guiding Principal of treating all visitors to our business, as they would a valued guest in our own homes.
