    About the Role
    The People/ L&D Manager has an important role on the People (HR) Team. They will play an instrumental role in the learning and development program at Yondr.

    In addition, they will assist with various HR functions, administrative tasks and provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR processes within Yondr.

    Main Responsibilities
    / Learning and Development Support:

    Manage L&D strategy, curriculum design support with People team and department leaders, facilitating training, e-learning development resources, L&D vendor management, audit and manage compliance training, learning administration, manage learning communication.

    / Recruitment and Onboarding Support:

    Assist the recruitment process by posting jobs opening, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate assessments, and coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new employees including the preparation of onboarding materials and completion of necessary paperwork.

    / Employee Records:
    Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, attendance, performance evaluations etc. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and files.
    / Payroll Support:

    Assist with payroll process, including timekeeping, payroll input to payroll vendor, working with payroll team and vendor on local requirements as needed and resolving payroll inquires.

    / Benefits Administration:
    Coordinate employee benefits programs, assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes. Support employees with questions on any benefit-related concerns.
    / HR Policies and Procedures:
    Help in the development, communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures and employee handbooks.

    Conduct audits to ensure compliance when necessary and be the employees first point of contact to answer any queries pertaining to the policies and procedures.

    / Respond to People needs in Ticketing system: Respond promptly and effectively to people related tickets and inquiries from employees, providing timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
    / Compliance:
    Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and provide valuable inputs to HR strategies.

    / Administrative Tasks:
    Provide HR metrics reports, prepare people related presentations, assist department leaders with people related reporting. Manage scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, managing emails, purchase orders, vendor contracts, invoices etc.
    / Department Support:

    Collaborate with team members and other functions to support various HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance and talent management programs and policy implementation.

    / Other:
    duties as assigned to support the overall People Team strategies.
    Qualifications and experience
    / 5-7 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a global company.
    / Must have excellent skills in Microsoft 365 with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to create presentations, conduct data analytics, leveraging pivot tables, VLOOKUP's etc.
    / Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field a plus.
    / Experience working in a People (HR) role spanning the USA, Canada, EMEA and APAC regions is highly desirable.
    / Must have strong organizational time management skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
    / Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    / Strong knowledge of data center construction processes, regulations, and industry standards a plus.
    / SHRM or PHR certification a plus.
    / Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    / Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
