- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned clients
- Proactively reach out to clients to discuss contract renewals and negotiate terms
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for renewals
- Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients
- Address client inquiries and concerns regarding renewals
- Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities in our CRM system
- Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal discussions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- ARLA Property Mark L3 qualified (or willing to study towards this)
- Previous use of Alto or similar CRM
- Basic Salary up to £30,000 commensurate with experience
- Plus a commission scheme which can potential take the total On Target Earnings to £34,000
- 5 day week
- 33 days annual holiday
