As an M&A Associate Director your responsibilities will includeProject managing Corporate Finance transactions across a wide range of industry sectors including Technology, Software / SaaS, Manufacturing, Industrials and Business Services.
Leading a team responsible for preparation of key documents & materials, including Information Memoranda, Buyer Research, Market Analysis, Financial Forecasts and ReportsBuilding a strong network with Private Equity Investors, Lawyers and Funders

You will be a Corporate Finance Advisory professional able to demonstrate the following:
Background & experience in either Top Tier Accountancy Practice or Independent Corporate Finance practice
At least 4 – 5 years Corporate Finance Transaction experience at lower / mid-market level
Good deal management skills, able to manage relationships with clients, funders and other professional advisors
A strong desire to develop your career Director within an established M&A / Corporate Finance boutique
