An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading social research, evaluation, and advisory consultancy.
They provide the knowledge, evidence and insight for the next generation of public policy to help understand people and build a better society.
They create a better future through data, analytics, research, and evaluation.Due to business growth, they are seeking a specialist in qualitative research to join their Behavioural Practice.
The Behavioural Practice combines science, insight and creativity to deliver a full-service behavioural offer, the team have expertise in behaviouraleconomics and cognitive and social psychology; qualitative and quantitative research methods; creative and design; data analytics; communications consultancy and capability building.
The Practice takes on a wide range of projects tackling issues from environmentalbehaviours to adult skills and career progression to modern slavery.
The work is always exciting, often involving critical issues that makes a real difference to the world we live in.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing projects of varying scales and speeds
- Working with clients to build lasting relationships
- Developing research tools protocols, wireframes, questionnaires, topic guides, stimulus, analysis frameworks
- Assisting with new business activities
- Line managing individuals and supporting their work and development
- Preparing reports and presentations for varied audiences
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in managing and leading highprofile and complex behavioural change research projects
- Confident in advising clients in policy, insight and communications
- Skills in qualitative research methods, in the context of behaviour change and/or behavioural science
- Excellent organisational skills, confident in managing time, meeting deadlines and working both independently and with multidisciplinary team
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare deliverables that are engaging, authoritative and insightful
- A real team player interested in working with others to do great things and eager to learn from others in the team
Package:
- £60K basic salary
