    The Role:

    Medius is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for ongoing management of Salesforce administration, they will provide day-to-day operational support to internal users, manage and customize the Salesforce CRM platform to meet our company's needs and help maintain the overall platform and integrations. This role partners closely with Sales/Sales Operations, Marketing/Marketing Operations and other departments within the business to drive greater efficiencies with processes, reporting, tools, etc. to improve productivity. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce systems, ensuring efficient operation, and leveraging the platform to its full potential to support our business objectives.

    Candidates for this role should be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and in-depth experience of working in the platform.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Day to day support and administration of our Salesforce instance
    • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, workflows, process builders and other configurations and administrative responsibilities
    • Gain a deep understanding of our Salesforce setup and our business processes to provide general support.
    • Generate and analyze simple and complex reports from Salesforce based on business needs as requested.
    • Managing territory and account assignments within Salesforce
    • Gather needs and requirements of the business and assist in designing high quality solutions in Salesforce using custom objects, custom fields, workflows and processes
    • Proactively collaborate with stakeholder teams to improve or creates processes/procedures as needed to boost productivity
    • Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization and ensure they are leveraging the platform efficiently.
    • Perform testing of system enhancements within a test environment and other quality assurance tasks
    • Assisting with data cleanliness and identifying and resolving data inaccuracies within our systems
    • Develop and implement Salesforce policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and security.
    • Develop and maintain resources as needed; perform routine updating of dashboards and process documentation
    • Assisting with Importing/exporting and prep of data between various systems
    • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, and implement new features and functionalities as needed.
    • Other tasks and projects as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree or, qualification in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
    • Salesforce Administrator Certified
    • Salesforce CPQ Certified or extensive understanding of the Salesforce CPQ platform
    • Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration, including a deep understanding of Salesforce security model, workflow rules, and custom objects.
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform and capabilities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
    • Proficient in MS Excel and other commonly used business applications
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Impeccable organizational, analytical and time management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
