Service Engineer (HVAC)


Salary:
£35,000-£45,000 base salary (OTE £35,000 - £50,000+)

Hours:
Monday-Friday Door to Door Paid + Overtime @ 1.5x

Full time, Permanent The client: Fantastic opportunity to join a family run refrigeration and air conditioning company based in Bedford.

To attend breakdowns, service, maintenance and installations on an array of Commercial and Domestic HVAC systems, Eg.

The use of manual hand tools (Spanners, Screwdrivers), electrical hand tools (powered drills), Hot working tools (Brazing), Leak detection tools.

To carry out electrical, electronic, mechanical fault finding and repairs on HVAC systems inc.

Light commercial refrigeration in shops such as butchers, and other small outlets, to AC in offices, small business premises, and ducted systems smaller split systems in people's homes.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems and make necessary repairs.
HVAC experience working with Air Conditioning and or Refrigeration systems (Essential)
A good level of electrical and or mechanical knowledge (Essential)
Relevant qualifications NVQ or City and Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Advantageous)
Experience using Hand & Electrical tools. (Previous experience as a field based engineer.
