Must have previous experience in Commercial/Industrial projects with a Principle contractor.

• There is currently 16 months left on the project, with further phases and projects with the same client currently being negotiated.

General overview of duties, will be to oversee the remaining subcontract procurement, place orders, monthly reporting and work, with others to prepare the final account.
