Role overview


As we continue to enhance our operating model and continue to support our evolving organization, we're looking for a Global Benefits Specialist to join our Benefits team for a period of 6 months to manage our APAC benefits offerings and support our broader Benefits review program.


Reporting to the Global Payroll and Benefits Director, the role will provide advisory, manage APAC benefits, support new and existing benefits programs and drive process standardization, automation and improvement, and ensure our offering is best in class adding to our inclusive culture.


Key to this role's success will be establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships APAC HR team, HR Centers of Expertise team members, HR Business Partners, and other business partners across the organization.

Responsibilities Include

  • Managing daytoday benefits programs for APAC region ensuring competitive and costeffective benefits policies and practices and supporting the design and delivery of benefits solutions and policies in line with the enterprise objectives.
  • Provide advisory and support to the APAC HR team, HRBPs and business on local benefits
  • To support the global benefits review project including gap analysis and recommendations where required whilst seeking opportunities to link globally
  • Maximize the effective use of technologies and supporting processes to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives in line with business strategy and initiatives
  • Manage partnerships with third party vendors to ensure effective service delivery
  • Work collaboratively and build relationships across the enterprise.
  • Support on broader HR projects.
Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Proficiency with regulatory requirements related benefits administration in APAC region. Specific experience with Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore. Experience with managing benefits in Japan, Taiwan, China and Korea also highly desirable.
  • Experience working with vendor relationships
  • Experience working in a geographically diverse team and within a crossfunctional environment
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business or a related field (master's degree preferred); or equivalent relevant experience
  • Workday knowledge &/or experience preferred; must have deep knowledge & experience working with vendors & platform technologies
  • Exceptional communication skills & ability to influence
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels & layers of the organization
  • Preferred experience with M & A activities
