    We are seeking someone to join our growing team as a Sales/Business Development asset This person will be key in business development/sales and brand outreach.

    You may not be an experienced Software Sales Manager, perhaps you're an HR professional with a knack for relationship-building and sales or a seasoned recruiter with a strong network and outstanding sales skills. Your unique background could be the perfect fit for this role.

    The function of this role will be establishing and nourishing relationships with new clients to grow our business.

    This role will cover the Republic Of Ireland Region.

    The role is Hybrid in nature and you will be located at our offices in Belfast 3 days per week.

    About The Role

    You will be responsible for pursuing new prospects and selling the company's innovative digital software solution designed to revolutionise the recruitment process.

    The Sales Consultant demonstrates a thorough understanding of the technology and will be responsible for all stages of the sales process.

    Prospect, identify and generate new opportunities to build a pipeline of targeted prospects
    • Manage sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process: prospect, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation and close

    Take a consultative approach with c-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers
    • Conducting a business review with each customer, gaining a full and detailed understanding of their hiring processes for the coming months and years

    Establish a "trusted advisor" relationship to determine needs, build value, and create engagement of the software solutions.

    Conduct activities including, outbound calls, emails, social selling and sales demonstrations with prospective clients

    Consistently exceed your monthly sales quota and be well compensated for doing so

    Desired Criteria

    • Previous experience in software sales
    • Previous exposure to recruitment processes and procedures

    Required Criteria

    • 2-3 years+ Previous experience in another business selling B2B in a similar sales environment.
    • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward lofty goals
    • Coachable, extremely enthusiastic, self-motivated, curious and resilient
    • Excellent organisational skills including prioritisation, scheduling and time management
    • Ability to use internal CRM systems and screen sharing tools.
    • Customer Orientated approach in similar previous role, ethos is to always ensure value is added to the customer
