Description

As a Live Chat Advisor, you will be:

  • Dealing with new and potential customers, customer service enquiries and renewing existing customers
  • Retaining customers who wish to cancel
  • Working towards team KPIs
  • Keeping up to date with all changes to existing products along with new products that are
introduced and made available to you


Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Have experience within live chat
  • Strong customer focus
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
  • Good time management
