RoleWeare seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee thedesign and implementation of interior projects across our clientsretail outlets. The ideal candidate will possess strong projectmanagement skills a keen eye for detail and a passion for creatingspaces that resonate with our brandidentity.
Responsibilities:

• Managethe endtoend execution of interior design projects for our retailoutlets from conceptualization to completion ensuring alignmentwith brand aesthetics andstandards.
• Collaborate with internalstakeholders and external design teams architects and contractorsto develop design concepts space planning and materialselection.
• Create project timelines budgets andschedules and oversee adherence to these parameters throughout theproject lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visitsto monitor progress resolve issues and ensure that designs areimplemented as per specifications and within the definedtimeline.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliersfor the procurement of materials furniture fixtures and equipmentnecessary for the projects.
• Ensure compliancewith regulatory standards building codes and safety protocols inall design and constructionactivities.
• Maintain documentation of projectprogress including reports budgets and changeorders.
• Collaborate closely with the marketingteam to ensure that the interior designs align with the brandsimage and contribute to a positive customerexperience.

Candidate:

• Bachelorsdegree in Interior Design Architecture or relatedfield.
• 1 years of proven experience in interiorproject management preferably in retail or hospitalitysettings.
• Proficiency in project managementtools and software.
• Strong understanding ofinterior design principles space planning and constructionprocesses.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for effective collaboration withcrossfunctional teams and externalstakeholders.
• Ability to multitask prioritizeand manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• Knowledge of local buildingcodes regulations and compliancestandards.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye fordetail with a focus on maintaining brandconsistency.
