Bankside Recruitment is a recruitment agency and is opening a new branch in Farringdon.

We offer permanent, temporary and executive search recruitment services across various sectors and we source top talent for businesses within finance and accounting,office support and administration, technology, human resources, marketing and sales areas at all levels.

You will be joining a team of Recruitment Consultants who have various recruitment sector background knowledge. We offer an excellent commission structure, lots of incentives and an excellent working environment.

The role:

360degree Recruitment Consultant position with a focus on Permanent or Contract recruitment.
New Business Development/Account Management skills required
Building relationships with existing clients

Person Specification:
2+ years Recruitment Consultant Experience

Any vertical market knowledge will be considered
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Track record of achieving sales targets (although not a target driven environment)
Someone who enjoys working in a team environment
Someone who can think outside of the box
Someone who can demonstrate tenacity, has a commercial edge with a desire to reap financial rewards
