    Reinstatement Planner

    Location: Enterprise House, Lincoln

    Contract: 9 months Fixed Term Contract

    Hours: Full Time / 37.5hrs ()

    Salary: circa £22,900

    What will you be responsible for?

    As a Reinstatement Planner, you will be working within the Anglian Water Alliance to plan and schedule reinstatement teams to meet key business performance targets and ensure excellent customer service.

    Your day to day will include:

  • Using our planning system, Oracle, to maximise work schedules for the teams, so that works are completed within Highway Authority imposed timeframes as well as ensuring KPI measures are met
  • Co-ordinating, monitoring and responding (where appropriate) to customer generated enquiries in-line with CMEX guidelines
  • Communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders such as field teams, field performance managers, subcontractors and other planning teams within the business
  • Administrative tasks including mailbox management, reporting and keeping job notes up to date in SAP

  • Hold experience within a similar role with an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a reactive environment, where change is the norm, demonstrating a highly flexible, constructive attitude with strong prioritising and decision making skills.
  • Able to show initiative, working on own or as part of a team, with excellent IT, interpersonal, analytical, customer service and communication skills.
