- Using our planning system, Oracle, to maximise work schedules for the teams, so that works are completed within Highway Authority imposed timeframes as well as ensuring KPI measures are met
- Co-ordinating, monitoring and responding (where appropriate) to customer generated enquiries in-line with CMEX guidelines
- Communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders such as field teams, field performance managers, subcontractors and other planning teams within the business
- Administrative tasks including mailbox management, reporting and keeping job notes up to date in SAP
- Hold experience within a similar role with an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a reactive environment, where change is the norm, demonstrating a highly flexible, constructive attitude with strong prioritising and decision making skills.
- Able to show initiative, working on own or as part of a team, with excellent IT, interpersonal, analytical, customer service and communication skills.

Location: Enterprise House, Lincoln
Contract: 9 months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full Time / 37.5hrs ()
Salary: circa £22,900
