    Description

    Job Role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer

    £48k + Overtime

    Holidays - 20 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays + 2 weeks Christmas Shutdown

    Shifts – Monday to Friday 10pm – 6am

    Location – Halifax

    The Company

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful established leading process manufacturer of specialist manufacturing materials for key clients across the UK. My client is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer based out of their site in Halifax, West Yorkshire. They are a currently undergoing projects within the engineering department to improve machinery and downtime efficiency. They need an additional electrical maintenance engineer to add value and support their targets and goals set.

    The Role

    As the electrical maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for:

    • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on large variety process machinery and equipment
    • Fault find and repair within control panels (crucial)
    • Fault find on both mechanical and electrical components

    Requirements

    To be the successful electrical maintenance engineer, our client requires:

    • An NVQ level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering
    • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong electrical fault find experience
    • Can work on their own
    • Experience of working within a control panel is needed
