    Pharmacy Manager

    Acute Care Type:

    Permanent Stroud Resourcing is searching for an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join a well-established, ambitious private hospital based in Surrey.

    This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, Monday – Friday.

    This busy hospital has 3 theatres, which are bright and welcoming and benefit from the latest technology alongside a JAG Accredited endoscopy suite, 6 bedded oncology unit, diagnostics department and well-equipped pharmacy.

    They are proud to have a Good CQC rating and high levels of patient and employee satisfaction
    As the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you can expect to:
    Oversee the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, working with a team of Pharmacists/Technicians to promote safe medicines management.
    Lead of all governance, SOPs, and medicines management investigations across the hospital.

    Work with the wider management team and clinical departments to ensure the visibility of the pharmacy across the hospital and identify new ways to expand the oncology and wider pharmaceutical services.

    Be looking at ways to digitalise the service, embracing digital projects, including electronic prescribing and purchasing.

    To apply for this role, you'll need to be an experienced Pharmacy Manager, Deputy Pharmacy Manager or Lead Pharmacist looking to take on a new challenge.

    Confident managing pharmacy teams within a hospital setting.
