As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Responsibilities:_
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while processing accounts and incoming payments
  • Perform daytoday financial transactions, including verification, classification, computation, posting, and recording of accounts receivable data
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits accurately
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and complete payment postings
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues raised by clients
  • Facilitate timely payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and maintaining regular communication with clients
  • Generate comprehensive financial statements and reports that provide a clear view of accounts receivable status

To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Receivable Manager
  • Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Proficient data entry skills with a keen eye for numbers
  • Handson experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Customer service orientation and effective negotiation skills
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
