An exciting opportunity for a CDM Consultant to become part of a reputable health and safety consultancy based in Central London, working across a wide range of high profile clients across the South East in the residential, commercial and public sectors.

There is an option to be based from their Buckinghamshire office if this is preferrable.

This company offers progression, CPD and qualification support and annual salary increases based on good personal performance.

The role of the CDM Consultant
Your responsibilities as the successful CDM Consultant you will:

Providing advice and support as Principal Designer and Principal Designer Advisor, ensuring compliance with CDM2015 throughout
Act as point of contact for all aspects of health and safety and CDM compliance.
Complete all necessary paperwork and comminate them through the appropriate channels.
Prepare and produce F10 Notifications on behalf of Clients
Identify and communicate Preconstruction Information
Reviewing construction phase plans

The Successful CDM Consultant

The successful CDM Consultant should hold the following:

Membership of the Association of Project Safety
APS
Membership of IOSH
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Level 6 Diploma preferred
A background in design, project or site management will be considered
At least 2 years' experience within a similar CDM focused role
Willingness to learn, take on new challenges and work outside of their comfort zone
