Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency lawyer to join a specialist and well-regarded R&I team based within the expanding London office of this top-tier national law firm.

The team handles a wide range of non-contentious financial restructuring and insolvency work on behalf lenders, investors, corporates, directors, individuals and insolvency practitioners in a wide variety of sectors including finance, real estate, education and many more.

Applications are invited from talented individuals with at least 5 years PQE from a well-respected corporate restructuring and insolvency practice. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of typical financing structures, strong technical and analytical skills, and a desire to grow and develop the practice.

This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and ambitious Senior Associate who is looking for varied and specialist work, and to take the next step with a friendly and collegiate practice.
