Lettings Negotiator

Salary:
£18,000 - £22,000 (Dependent on experience), Commission, Car Allowance

Spencer & James Recruitment, are seeking an established Lettings Negotiator to work at a independently owned estate agents at their Branch in the City of London.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the entire rental process, from identifying potential properties and attracting landlords to securing suitable tenants.

You will play a key role in negotiations and building strong relationships with clients.

Your goal will be to match the right properties with the right tenants, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue for the company.

Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable property options.

• Property Management:
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Assess and accurately represent the features and benefits of available properties.
• Coordinate property inspections and maintenance as required.
• Ensure all properties meet legal and safety standards.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, rental rates, and property availability.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
• Proven experience in real estate or property management.
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in property management.
• Full UK Driving License.

* 1+ years experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
