This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project.

The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main MEH, cabling and associated support services.

This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station's 2,500 rooms.


The Role
As a Commercial Specialist, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

You will have the opportunity to work on a key national project, Sizewell C power station, by supporting the MEH Alliance during its formation and delivery.

Day to day, you'll be reporting to the Commercial lead, whilst being responsible for providing commercial support to the Alliance:

  • Management of commercial and contractual aspects with the Client.
  • Ensuring compliance within internal corporate governance and approvals.
  • Managing selfperformed aspects of the scope.


This role is a full time position, contracted at 37 hours a week will be based at our Bristol site, in a hybrid working arrangement.


Essential Experience of the Commercial Specialist:

  • Proven track record of assisting with the delivery of robust commercial management on contracts and bids.
  • Commercial management of largescale projects.
  • Experience in providing commercial specialist input into bids and contracts.
  • Demonstratable evidence of developing and sustaining positive working relationships, including the ability to negotiate commercial terms.
  • Working knowledge of NEC contracts is highly desirable.

Qualifications for the Commercial Specialist:


  • A relevant commercial qualification (e.g. World Commerce and Contracting etc.) is desirable but not essential and support to obtain accreditation is available.
