Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Stoke-on-Trent


Salary:
£18,500 - £22,000 (Based on experience, decided by the client)

Environment:
Office Based (Possible review after probation)

I am currently looking to recruit for X7 Customer Service Advisors in the Stoke-on-Trent area for a developing, FCA regulated insurance company.

This role will require motivated individuals who have great listening skills and a passion for providing high levelsof customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answering inbound activity from customers and answering enquiries
  • Work towards individual performance objectives
  • Identify customers' needs and provide support that meet their requirements
  • Complete daily admin tasks regarding customer policies

Must Haves:


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Selfmotivated and resilient
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage personal workload

Rotas:
Monday - Friday (
