£18,500 - £22,000 (Based on experience, decided by the client)

Office Based (Possible review after probation)
I am currently looking to recruit for X7 Customer Service Advisors in the Stoke-on-Trent area for a developing, FCA regulated insurance company.
This role will require motivated individuals who have great listening skills and a passion for providing high levelsof customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound activity from customers and answering enquiries
- Work towards individual performance objectives
- Identify customers' needs and provide support that meet their requirements
- Complete daily admin tasks regarding customer policies
Must Haves:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Selfmotivated and resilient
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage personal workload
