Our client is looking for an exceptional Principal Transport Planner to join their team based in London.

You will deliver projects primarily in the Private Sector, including high profile and prominent developers, landowners, house builders, retailers, universities, NHS health providers as well as contractors.

Preparation of Transport Notes, Statements and Assessments, Travel Plans, Site Access Appraisals using Microsoft Office programmes (Word and Excel).

• Junction capacity modelling using the Junctions software (ARCADY and PICADY).
• Preliminary design of access, junction improvements and highway schemes using AutoCAD.
• Swept Path Analysis using AutoTrack.
• Preparation of highquality graphics using GIS packages and/ or Corel Draw.
• Qualification in Civil Engineering, Geography or Transport Planning.
• Experience in the field of development focused transport planning.
• Travel Plan Coordinator experience; an understanding of relevant local and national policy and guidance.
