The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority dealing with matters in relation to Housing Disrepair, Homelessness and Housing Possessions.

Advise on a broad range of Landlord and Tenant issues including possession, trespass and homelessness applications

• Manage a caseload of contentious Debt claims and Debt enforcement matters
• Organise a caseload of Judicial Review cases and homelessness appeals
