Unisurge International Ltd is looking for a Contracts & Sample Co-ordinator to join our team

Broad Function

You will be responsible for the making of sample packs for the contracts department as well as day-to-day tasks given by the Contracts department.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Liaising with the Contracts department for sample requirements.
Work with the warehouse for raw material picks required for sample builds.
Taking main photographs of samples and saving in customer files.
Raising and Processing CTO s for the contracts department.
Collecting picks from the clean room/ warehouse where required.
Filing/ scanning paperwork for the sample room and contracts department where required.
Creating and maintaining new and current business files, where required.

Principal Relationships

Accountable to - Contracts Supervisor
Internal - Working closely with contracts department, production department and cleanroom.
External - not applicable.

Education and Experience

Previous experience of data inputting would be advantageous.
Previous experience within a cleanroom environment would be a benefit but not essential.

Skills and Attributes

Must be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate initiative when required with a flexible and willing attitude at all times.
Needs to be methodical and show attention to detail.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Can-do attitude and open to changes.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
