- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and drive growth.
- Understand clients' industries and needs to provide tailored solutions using our products, aiding their path to omnichannel personalization and digital growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay informed about competitive products and industry shifts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to attract and secure key customers.
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise sales within SaaS (bonus if you have MarTech experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a sales or business development team.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, particularly at the executive level, demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- £110K - £140K base (depending on experience) + bonus
