    This junior role is seen as a career development stepping stone into a Product Manager position.

    Reporting to the Product Director for Europe, the Product Management Executive will join an established team in a dynamic and fast-moving industry. The Product Management Executive will be responsible for supporting a team of Product Account Managers in key administrative and process driven tasks that are critical to the day-today operation and continued success of the European business. These tasks require both efficiency and an eye to detail, and the successful candidate must be able to manage multiple work streams, so ability to multi-task is a must..

    In addition, the Product Management Executive will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of growing product accounts. The Product Management Executive will be responsible for each of the account's P&L and achieving targets set for sales, profit, margin, mix, product launches as well as all new merchant and product acquisitions and delivering new technology solutions to existing retail partners in the EMEA region.

    This position is remote, however candidate must be based in United Kingdom

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting a team of Product Managers with day-to-day administrative and update tasks, including but not limited to;
    • Day to day product set up
    • Checking, maintaining and requesting physical inventory where required
    • Checking, maintaining and requesting digital inventory where required
    • Pull together data, statistics and reports on product and merchant sales
    • Collation, filing and deployment of product partner marketing assets
    • Filing key and strategic documents such as contracts, amendments and addendums
    • Act as database administrator for product catalogue
    • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, both virtual and physical
    • Take minutes and follow up actions from meetings
    • Input and update information across multiple databases and project management tools
    • Proactively driving the growth of small catalogue of growing / existing product partners through product additions, category management, promotional planning and formal account management
    • Managing and reviewing the account P&L's and developing plans to improve profitability in order to achieve targets
    • Commercial modeling for all proposed deals, gaining appropriate approvals with InComm senior leaders as required
    • Interaction with all key international resource functions to manage all projects through from end to end and ensure projects/launches are delivered along agreed timelines
    • Regular and timely reporting and reviews of accounts, products and new business opportunities
    • Follow technical processes to ensure projects and products are launched in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ years applicable experience
    • Demonstrated account management skills including negotiation and influence
    • Business analytical skills and ability to use initiative to accomplish projects
    • Understanding of the prepaid industry preferred but not essential
    • Ability to write clear and concise product launch plans/documents
    • Ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently
    • Strong inventory management skills and/or print production experience
    • Effective oral communication skills
    • Effective organisational, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines while handling multiple/shifting priorities
    • Ability to work independently and in team environment
    • Proven strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of a business
    • Ability to develop and nurture relationships
    • Knowledge of project management principles
    • Computer skills at the intermediate to advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project)
    • Proficient presentation and commercial modeling skills
