Description

We are seeking an Investment Associate - Private Equity to join our fast-paced, growing and dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

Support team head in forming investment strategy and the roadmap Conduct indepth industry research and propose investment ideas
Screen investment opportunities and prepare analysis report
Deal execution, including due diligence, coordination, negotiation and documentation
Write internal reports, summaries mainly in Chinese

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in investment sector, good financial modelling skills
Be able to conduct business meetings in both English and Chinese Spoken and written mandarin at native level is a preferred
Flexible enough to go beyond PE investment, e.g. property management and investment
Comfortable with different time zone working environment and willing to travel abroad when needed
Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline or multitask when needed
