Job Summary

  • A retail design agency are looking for a Head of Client Services to join the team This boutique agency deliver a range of retail installations, window displays and point of sale campaigns for luxury, highend brands. They are now looking for someone to come in and lead their client services team to nurture client relationships and drive forward growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client services team to ensure successful delivery of projects (retail installations, window displays, point of sale assets) and ensuring clients are satisfied
  • Develop client strategies to encourage repeat business and long term relationships
  • Lead on new business initiatives and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Align with design, construction, procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of briefs
  • Manage members of the team to ensure successful development

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years Account Management experience within a retail design agency

Salary & Benefits
- £60-70k

  • Hybrid working
