Prestigious US law firm is growing the UK Leverage Finance and Banking team and therefore looking to hire a paralegal to complete high level work as they do not have any trainees within the team.

Duties for the Leveraged Finance Paralegal:

• Preparing routine corporate documents, such as incorporation documents, board and shareholder actions, indemnification agreements, and third-party agreements
• Process share and option administration, including drafting agreements, and preparing reports
• Manage capitalization processes and records in equity management platforms
• Conduct corporate legal research
• Prepare and manage corporate filings
• Assist on venture capital financings, debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings.

Attributes for the Leveraged Finance Paralegal:

• Previous Leveraged Finance experience within a top law firm
• Excellent academics
• Experience drafting work
• Excellent written and communication skills
