    Description
    The IT Services Technician II position is in WCA's Configuration Center. A light industrial/warehouse
    environment located inside WCA's Southwick, MA headquarters. The IT Services Technician II leads a team of
    Level I & II techs in imaging, configuring, modifying, and testing various IT devices including, but not limited to,
    laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, servers, and mobile carts.
    Perform quality inspections on projects


    • Manage project implementation and delivery
    • Supervise and/or deploy images, configure software, and devices following work instructions
    • Perform quality inspections on projects
    • Create hardware independent images by creating task sequences to support multiple hardware types and
    Work efficiently to best utilize resources, meet schedules, and performance targets
    3+ years leading areas of IT operations with direct reports


    • Strong customer service focus to successfully interact with end-users and peer teams
    • Proficiency with major desktop operating systems (Windows 10, 11, ChromeOS, OSX, iOS)
    • Experience with SCCM/MECM, M365, application packaging, and desktop image deployment and
    management

    Monday-Friday.

    8:30am-5:00pm, overtime may be mandatory during high volume business periods

    Signing Bonus:
    $250 signing bonus to be paid after 30 days of employment
