_ What does a Marketing Executive at Collinson do?_


As Marketing Executive you will be responsible for supporting marketing activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

This will include brand awareness, lead generation and supporting the creation of engaging and persuasive marketing campaigns that help win new clients, grow business revenue and deliver Collinson solutions to our existing clients.

Working collaboratively with sales, business solutions and other stakeholders you will support the Senior Marketing Manager

MEA Loyalty with the creation, delivery and evaluation of content, insight and multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, create qualified leads and nurture relationships.


In addition, you will support the planning and implementation of key projects and deliver monthly reports on the performance of all activities to demonstrate the value and impact of our marketing activity against key metrics.

Your duties will include and are not limited to the following activities and tasks:_**- Assist in the planning and delivery of regional marketing output to support our strategic business objectives

  • Contribute to marketing plans and creation of channelspecific strategies and briefs
  • Support with the planning and implementation of effective, targeted multichannel campaigns to generate awareness, interest, desire, and action in chosen segments
  • Manage the planning, production and execution of agreed deliverables within the timeline and budget, including project meetings, task trackers and actions/minutes
  • Manage the loyalty marketing communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns directly through Pardot and through Business Development stakeholders
  • Support with EMEA wide events, from planning through to event attendance and communications (may require travel)
  • Work closely with the wider marketing and business development team, external agencies and inhouse studios to deliver against requirements
  • Compile monthly reports on marketing output and performance
  • Support with the vetting and qualification of leads and MQLs within the lead management process
  • Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of our audiences and the effectiveness of our campaigns
  • Manage Pardot and other Salesforce tools on behalf of the loyalty marketing team, owning campaign creation and all associated activities, including lead tracking, working with data and digital teams to use all tools, techniques, and touchpoints to maximise effectiveness
  • Be a major stakeholder in the promotion, management and use of external platforms used for content distribution and business development sales tools
  • Manage social media and communications tools to drive engagement with targeted audiences, reporting regularly on results and
  • Keep on top of industry best practices, knowledge and trends, and share all learnings and insights to help drive operational excellence
  • Previous experience in a marketing role with proven experience in B2B marketing running lead generation, brand awareness and nurturing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing or related fields
