These roles provide a fantastic opportunity for you to build key foundations and shape the narrative, that will provide AXA the exposure and scope required for growth.

    We have a great opportunity for an experienced Management Liability Underwriter (MLP) to join the team, focussing on underwriting within the MLP portfolio, to maximise our opportunity for growth and profitability. Partnering and developing our key strategic and highly valued premier broker accounts, we are looking for a confident and credible individual to make decisions and recommendations to assist in the development and control of profitable underwriting, supporting new and existing opportunities, whilst monitoring the performance of management liability products.

    Above all, we're looking for a real team player, that is able to make a difference across both their own teams and other internal and external stakeholders.

    What you'll be doing: You'll help drive and transform how we partner our broker portfolios, through responsive, flexible, and collaborative relationships. With a strong balance of technical and trading capability, you'll be empowered to make decisions, supported by data, insight, and decision support tools on mobile technology to succeed. You'll be focused on developing and delivering profitable growth, across new and existing business within the key markets.

  • A level or equivalent, with a Professional qualification, CII (or similar). CII Diploma in Insurance (minimum), CII Advanced Diploma in Insurance preferable
