You will be working closely with the VP of Operations to increase business intelligence through use of data to drive growth.

The role will be project focused, taking on strategic development initiatives, leading them through to successful execution.

This includes, but is not limited to: (1) drive forward KPI reporting and monitoring across the teams to deliver growth and efficiency and (2) identify process gaps and work with the team to close them.

~ Drive operational efficiencies while improving quality of work and ensuring our processes and policies live up to increasing degrees of compliance.

~ Project management experience from fast-paced environment like top-tier consulting firm, start-ups, scale-ups, etc.

~ Strong problem solving and analytics, e.g. through MS Excel and tools like PowerBI.

~ Experience of mass data manipulation through SQL, Python, R, etc
