Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

Calling through to warm leads that have requested a call
Ask open questions and explain the features and benefits of our product
Ensuring that you are fully compliant and informing the customer of all relevant information
Provide the opportunity for customers to purchase the policy
Represent the Clark UK brands and conduct yourself in an appropriate manner

Requirements for a Sales Advisor:

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Possess excellent customer service skills
Confident and driven to succeed
Positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection
Adaptable with good empathy skills

Hours: 8:30 - 4:30, 1 late per week (12-8), 1 Mid per week (10:30-6:30) 1 in 6 Saturdays (9-4)
