Our client is a market-leading, family-run company in a niche sector who have been established for over 50 years.

This role would be joining a fast-paced department who are looking for a Stores Person to join their team who is a hardworking, dynamic and motivatedindividual.

A very forward-thinking company as it offers the flexibility to work your contracted hours over a 4-day week.


Job Description:


  • Ensure that all goods are unpacked, receipted, and stored safely and securely.
  • Ensure that all goods for despatch are sent out on time and packed to ensure safe, timely receipt by the customer.
  • Keep all storage areas clean and tidy.
  • Ensure customer enquiries to the department are dealt with effectively.
  • Maintain the flexibility of the department/company as required by Stores Supervisor
  • Ideally an FLT licence
  • A driving licence will be essential
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Good standard of English and Maths
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of the industry would be advantageous.
  • Team player
  • Selfmotivated
  • Strong prioritising skills and ability to manage own workload

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


Salary:
£11.20 ph. (£21,840 DOE) per annum
