Our Facility Services division is key to our business.

Our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.

Due to continued growth we are seeking an Quotes Coordinator to join the team based in Glasgow.

The Role

Calculating and submitting all small works quotes to ensure agreed turnaround times to client
Checking and approving all engineers recommendation reports through to submission of quotes
Control of quotes log
Managing of any quotes queries and resolution of same within required timescales
Control and management of quotes inbox
Supplying monthly quotes data to Commercial Team

What we are looking for

Knowledge and experience of the facilities Management Sector
A confident communicator with strong numerical and literacy skills
Quick to learn and can work accurately and effectively
Excellent organisation skills and first class attention to detail
Must be proficient in all Microsoft packages

It would be great if you.

Have experience as an Estimator in the facilities Management sector
Are able to read building drawings and specifications
Have CAD experience
