- Gather, analyse, define, classify, and prioritise functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate security business requirements into delivery stories and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Perform consulting activities aligned with assignment objectives.
- Assess security business needs, convert them into formal business requirements, and produce necessary documentation.
- Provide input to project deliverables across the security project development lifecycle.
- Conduct business process modeling and support technology functionality testing.
- Collaborate with the training team on change management/training planning.
- Act as a Client Lead on workstreams managed by Information Technology.
- Maintain accurate documentation and produce reports as necessary.
- Relevant business analysis qualification (e.g., BCS ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis or similar).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations (NIS Regulations) and frameworks (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST Cyber Security Framework).
- Proficiency in Business Analysis techniques, methods, and tools.
- Experience in business modeling techniques and communication of modeling results to senior managers.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and report on risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder groups and chairing meetings.
