HR business partnering for a wide range of clients:


  • Salary up to £45,000 dependent on experience + bonus potential:

Hybrid working: Full time, 37.

5 hours per week (flexible start and finish times to suit)

We're a fully remote team, but we plan regular in person get-togethers, so be prepared to travel to the Stratford-on
  • Avon area a few times a month to spend 'in real life' time with your line manager and to build relationships with colleagues (full expenses will be paid).


We're a small business, with big ambitions, which is why we are looking for another member of the team to help us deliver awesome service to our fabulous clients.


This is a pivotal role in the business, providing a best-in-class service to our clients in terms of HR expertise as a true business partner.

In addition, as a member of a small team, you'll also be talking to potential new clients when they enquire, to assess their needs and determine how our services can support them.


Working in a small business means you will from time to time be expected to turn your hand to different things to help with the running of the business.


About the role:

You'll work with a panel of retained clients to provide:

  • Operational and strategic people support on retained and project basis that span the whole HR agenda
  • You'll nurture client relationships by holding regular checkins to ensure we're really adding value to their business and that they are fully supported with all their people challenges.


To ensure our ongoing success and presence in the market, all members of the team get involved in answering inbound enquiries from prospective new clients, networking, writing blog posts and sharing content on LinkedIn.

These are potentially things you won't have done before, so full training and support will be provided.


About you:


Ready to step into the world of consultancy, you'll have extensive experience in all aspects of HR, with a demonstrable track record of business partnering where you will have worked with senior managers to deliver their strategic objectives via the people plan that you will have developed.

You be a positive person with lots of initiative, be communicative, good at the detail and above all, be happy to get stuck in
