Sales and Service Administrator - Hull, United Kingdom - Agenda Resource Management
Description
Basic Requirements:
- Good knowledge of standard office software programmes, including Microsoft, Sage200, SageCRM and similar systems
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven level of customer service standards and previous office sales experience
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Previous experience in using the SalesForce and iAuditor system would be an advantage
- Knowledge in administrative sales and processes
- Able to organise and prioritise tasks
- Experience working with a team and in a standalone role
- Confidence in liaising with clients
- Effective decisionmaking skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing daily activities and workflow for UK sales and service contracts
- Creating quotes in coordination with the sales and service team
- Procurement of stock items and unique components
- Overseeing customer service, dispatch/ logistic, collections, and data entry
- Working with the sales and engineering teams to receive and schedule incoming sales leads and service contracts
- Learn system software and improve efficiency
- Prepare documentation, maintain accurate records and files
- Use accounting systems to manage and track quotes, sales orders, and invoices
- Follow instruction on additional tasks as instructed by the Operations Manager when needed.
