A Caretaker/Maintenance person is required to carry out the following.


The building is made up of office accommodation with a number of commercial tenants offering front facing services to the community.


The role requires the opening/closing of the building, setting up rooms for meetings, basic maintenance tasks (handy work, replacing door handles etc), taking deliveries and general every day support to tenants and the building.

You will ideally have worked as a caretaker or in facilities maintenance before.


The core hours of business are between 6.30am - 8pm, primarily 6.30am - 2.30pm Mon to Fri but will need to be flexible to cover other hours.

You will also be required to work every other Saturday morning to open up and close the building and the potentialfor the occasional Sunday in the future, but time would be given off in the week for any weekend working.
