About the Role:
As the Part-Time Bookkeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the financial operations running smoothly.

Reporting to and working closely with one of the Directors, you'll be responsible for a range of core duties, including:

Managing all banking tasks efficiently.
Processing supplier invoices and arranging payments.
Issuing client invoices and maintaining regular statements.
Reconciling banking transactions on Sage monthly.
Submitting quarterly VAT returns and processing payments.
Overseeing external payroll processes and ensuring accuracy.
Handling administrative tasks such as collecting new starter information and ordering office supplies.

Requirements of the Bookkeeper:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
Handson experience with Sage 50 Accounts would be advantageous.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for numerical accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively with our talented team while also using initiative.
