Collins Property Recruitment are recruiting for one of London's most successful and esteemed independent Estate Agencies and have been tasked with finding them a Sales Negotiator for their market leading and highly regarded business.

The company's ethos is to provide all with an approachable, transparent, and professional service.

Established over 30 years ago, they've consistently maintained a reputation for integrity and discretion at the very top of the residential market in Centraland North-West London.

To be successful as a Sales Negotiator, you must have the following attributes:

Have previous experience in a similar role with an excellent knowledge of the Central and North-West London residential sales market.
Be articulate, with outstanding communication skills.
Be hungry and driven to succeed.
Have a proven and demonstrable track record of consistently achieving targets.
Be selfmotivated, possess a proactive attitude and always maintain an outstanding professional and customerservice focused approach.

In return, the Sales Negotiator will receive the following:

£30,000
£34,000 basic salary
Plus, a very generous commission structure
A realistic £90,000 OTE
