    Description


    Work as a Controls, Electronic or Electrical Service Engineer to install, commission, and repair instrumentation, PLC control, and automation systems for the marine industry.

    Based in Bristol, Liverpool, Newcastle, or Maldon in Essex, this role offers a competitive salary, abundant overtime, and great earning potential for an Engineer willing to travel across the UK for short-term projects.


    SALARY: Up to £60,000

    JOB SPECIFICATION: Electrical Engineer, Electronic Service Engineer: Instrumentation, PLC Control, and Automation Systems - Marine Industry

    This role is primarily focused on scheduled electrical/electronic projects, with a portion dedicated to reactive fault finding and repair tasks. Travel across the UK and occasional international projects in locations like Australia, Dubai, and the USA.


    REQUIREMENTS: Electrical/Electronic Service Engineer: Instrumentation, PLC Control, and Automation Systems - Marine Industry

    We need a hands-on Engineer with experience in electronic or electrical Service/Maintenance roles in an industrial setting. Practical electronic engineering skills are required, with knowledge of instrumentation and PLC control systems as a bonus. Willingness to travel and stay away when needed.
