    Role: Junior Graphic Designer

    Location of Role: S&W Wholesale Ltd., Carnbane, Newry

    Salary: Based on experience

    Rule Purpose: Graphic Design, art working, creating and adapting artwork for use in digital media and print.

    Accountable to: Trading; Sales, Department Managers, Employee, Marketing Team.

    Accountable for: Wholesale Marketing

    Key Relationships: Brand Marketing Lead

    About The Role

    • Art working, reformatting and resizing WHL brochures in line with sales strategy.
    • Art working internal communications and own branded print.
    • Creating and adapting artwork for use in digital and social media.
    • Updating and reworking existing artwork and designs.
    • Supplier banner reformatting to suit web needs.
    • Liaising with sales and trading teams on execution and design of campaigns.
    • Some experience liaising with external printers to ensure deadlines are met and materials printed to the highest quality.
    • Effectively communicate with other members of the team to ensure designs are on brand.
    • High understanding of print specs and processes for high quality print.
    • Be able to fully implement brand guidelines to a high standard.
    • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced growing environment.
    • Assisting the Marketing Team with other activities as & when required.
    • Other administration and office duties as required.
    • Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate by your immediate manager.

    Desired Criteria

    • Third Level qualification in multi-media design.
    • Experience within the FMCG secto, or similar.

    Required Criteria

    • Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level or equivalent, with Grade C in Maths/English.
    • At least 1 years experience in a similar role.
    • Experience with full adobe suite, primarily InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator.
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work flexibly, on own initiative or as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail.
    • A proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic innovative environment
    • Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
