We are delighted to be recruiting for a private clinic based in Windsor.The company are looking for a friendly and professional Medical Secretary to join the team to support the running of the organisation.
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the team.
Duties can include but are not limited to, the processing of information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner, liaising with team members, including the use of e.clinic and EPR.
Role Overview:
This is a pivotal role in the running of the administration of the medical service so that it provides a professional streamlined service to patients in a professional and methodical way.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide admin/secretarial assistance to 2/3 Clinicians as follows:· Diary management· Telephone calls/referrals/cancellations/amendments of appointments etc· Producing letters, reports and associated documentation· Process requests for information· Update patient database i.e.
