Team and Role:

Work with a global team responsible for the end-to-end commercial management in relation to the construction of a global Data Center portfolio.

The intern will have the opportunity to learn from a high performing global commercial team working across a number of different regions.

The intern will also have the opportunity to see first hand the construction of colocation and hyperscale data center projects.

Supporting the Global Commercial team in relation

Budget management
Estimating
Contract negotiation and Procurement
Value Engineering
Benchmarking
Change management
Cashflow
Financial Project Close

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):

A Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial management or similar.
Eagerness to learn off the people around them.
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong communication skills
An ability to work in Power BI or similar to visualise large amounts of commercial data is a plus
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies (_Graduation between_ December 2023September 2024)_
Available to work fulltime for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (_between May to September,_ depending on your school system_)
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively and effectively in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English
Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others
Analytically driven and detailoriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software
