Metalis are working with a market leading company who specalise within the design, development, manufacturing of high performance sustainable solutions in a range of civil engineering and environmental markets.

They're looking for a
Maintenance Engineer to join their West Yorkshire based team.

The Role:

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of site mechanical and electrical installations and equipment.
Assist in a proactive manner in the preventative maintenance schedules for the factory machinery and equipment including fork lift trucks, in conjunction with machine operators and factory management.
Dealing efficiently and effectively with machine breakdowns, managing and reducing all aspects of machine downtime caused by electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
Help to maintain computer based information relating to machine performance and maintenance schedules.
Develop and maintain standards in the engineering department including task and area risk assessments and 5S auditing.
Will be organised and work in a clean and tidy manner
Have the drive and leadership skills to improve the uptime of factory machines
Have the ability to work as part of a team is key
Must be able to work within our
ISO9001:2008 Quality System

The Package:

- £35,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on skills and experience)
