Sixteen is retained to find a commercial director for an amazing venture, in its infancy in the fashion world. A genuinely unique opportunity to work with a leading ligh of the fashion world. A chance to partner with an experienced founder to scale an already successful platform, steering them through their next phase of growth.

This ecommerce platform is ideally positioned to continue its already incredible growth, with a burgeoning community, lots of hype and new funding secured.

The ideal candidate will have both a commercial and operational mindset with considerable strategic acumen.

The role in a nutshell is to drive growth. Working in tandem with the founder, to facilitate operational improvement, process design and ensuring ongoing commercial success.

You'll bring with you a deep understanding of the supply chain, understand what success looks like for an ecom platform; an understanding of how to unlock strategic, on-brand and relevant brand partnerships.

We're looking for someone who will thrive in a leadership role, with runway toward partnership opportunities. It's pivotal you understand the nuance of high fashion, have demonstrable operations experience and have a mindset that promotes growth.

Undeniably, the role is a broad one. So we're looking for folks who can point to operations experience, partnerships or business development expertise, and a commercially minded partner who will work with a leadership team ready to push things forward.
